There are two gateway cities to the Pantanal. Cuiaba for the North Pantanal and the Transpantaneira and Campo Grande for the South Pantanal. There are vrious options for flights I suggest using http://www.opodo.co.uk or http://www.expedia.com to check flight availability. However it might be cheaper to get a flight to Sao Paulo or Rio de Janeiro and then take a low cost airline from there.

Bird watching in the Pantanal is one of the greatest things a bird watching enthusiast could ever experience.
